Delivery Information

Same day delivery can be secured when placing your order before 1pm that day
We endeavor to make your order as close as possible to the pictured item, however if unavailable we will use a similar substitute.
Please specify at time of order if you do not wish for us to do so in the event the exact flowers aren't available.
If your order has any special requirements, going to a business address, or needs to be delivered by a specific time, please also notify us when placing the order.
We offer a Morning and afternoon delivery service. The morning delivery run is between 9am and 12pm, the afternoon is between 12pm and 5/6pm.

We endeavor to have business address deliveries complete by 5pm, and home address by 6pm.
These delivery times are subject to change during busy periods.
When placing your order be ensure that correct details such as delivery address and recipients phone number are provided.
Incorrect information may result in delivery charges.
If you are not satisfied with your order, or there is a problem, please contact us with in 3 days inclusive of the delivery date for us to replace them.
